  I would give them 0 stars if Google would let me. I am not a member, but new the area and would have had no problem opening an account. I stopped in the West Bend location by Mejer's where I was told by their front desk person that they do not make appointments for their loan officers, she told me I could wait and she could call up stairs and I could apply for the loan in the lobby (this such a breach of my privacy to have to give out my social security number in a busy lobby to apply for a loan). I was then told that I could apply on line, which is what I did. I said that I would be fine to be contacted by email, no one bothered to call me or to email me. I ended up having to call and got transferred around in their automated system where I was told over and over again that I was the first caller in the queue only to be transferred to another automated system. I finally got a hold of someone, and she told me that when you apply online that your application can get "lost" and they have to manually search for it. Really? 'Lost'? Yet they are pulling your credit immediately but your application gets "lost"! She finally found my application which was assigned to loan officer Jessica, who never bothered to follow up with me. Needless to say, I'm not interested in doing business with you as it seems you have a long way to go to be customer orientated. I passed on their loan offer after I was hung up on by the receptionist who gave me the status update. I still have not heard a word from "Jessica".

  While visiting family and friends in Wisconsin back in July of 2013,, I was involved in an automobile accident in which the other party involved broadsided my vehicle on the driver's side. As a result, my back was severely injured, and, needless to say, the medical bills began to accumulate quickly...not only from the medical care I received while in Wisconsin, but also back home in Texas Obviously, it was time to seek legal advise.. I hired a highly recommended local Texas attorney to handle the case, however, given Wisconsin "law" it is required that an attorney from Wisconsin represent me since that's where the accident took place That's when i was introduced to Michael Laufenberg. From our first conversation, Michael put my mind at ease. He explained the processes, what to expect in various aspects of the case, he was truly concerned for my "well-being", and his professional demeanor assured me he and his staff would work diligently to win the my case. Michael Laufenberg never wavered from his plan for me to receive 100% of what I was entitled to...and i did receive 100% of the maximum benefit. I would highly recommend Michael Laufenburg with any legal matters. • Review of "Allstate Insurance Agent: Jeff Neumann" at West Bend

  I'm pleased with the overall experience with all state. Prices and coverage are great. State farm, American family didn't even come close to the service or the price of the coverage. Jeff Neumann knows in today's markets people need the best bang for there hard eran money and know they have help when they need it most. All State price and service are above the rest. I'm one of those guys that year after year I shop around to see if my prices and coverage are in check. Every year All State stood above the rest. So thank you All state.
